Everything you need to get the most out of FitCard.
Sign up at fitcard.co, complete onboarding (choose your slug, add your profile), and your card goes live at yourname.fitcard.co. Share the link or QR code with clients.
Your slug is the unique part of your URL (e.g. yourname in yourname.fitcard.co). Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only. It must be 2–50 characters.
Clients visit your card, tap Book, choose a session type and time, enter their details, and pay. You receive the booking and payment confirmation.
Go to Profile in the dashboard. Add your photo, bio, social links, specialities, and session types. Changes appear on your card immediately.
Go to Availability. Add weekly windows (e.g. Mon–Fri 9am–5pm) and block specific dates when you're unavailable. Clients only see times within your availability.
Session Types define what you offer (e.g. 1-on-1, Group, Online). Set name, duration, price, and location. Clients choose one when booking.
Payments go directly to your Stripe account. FitCard never holds your money. We deduct a small platform fee (2.5–5% depending on plan) at checkout.
Go to Settings → Payments and click Connect Stripe. Complete Stripe's onboarding. Once connected, you can accept payments.
You set your policy in Settings (24h or 48h window). Cancellations before the window get a full refund. Within the window, you can retain the fee or offer a partial refund.
FitCard sends reminders at T-48h, T-24h, T-2h, and T-15min before each session. We try push first, then email, then SMS so clients don't miss sessions.
Yes. In Profile → theme settings, you can disable email or SMS reminders. Push notifications are always attempted first.
Go to Settings → Billing and use the Stripe portal to upgrade or downgrade. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Go to Settings → Data & Privacy. Click Export Data to download your profile, clients, and bookings as CSV/JSON.
Go to Settings → Data & Privacy. Enter DELETE to confirm and request account deletion. Data is removed within 30 days.
